Fuel Facility Managements, Inc., (FFM) was founded in 2004 based on the airport and rental car industry’s need to have a company that had experience in operating CONRAC facilities. For the past 14 years, FFM has operated as a woman-owned, certified DBE/WMBE/ACDBE company serving the rental car industry. As an ACDBE CONRAC management services provider for some of the largest facilities at airports in the U.S., FFM brings a level of experience unsurpassed in the industry. FFM was established to fill a need in the rental car industry for a knowledgeable/professional firm to manage CONRACs nationwide.
FFM’s leadership team currently manages five CONRAC facilities, including the largest in the country at the Orlando International Airport. Our leadership team has been managing CONRACs for over 14 years; one of the longest of any firm in this industry with over 70 years of combined knowledge of CONRAC facilities and how they operate. Our experience covers building CONRACs, consulting on CONRACs, operations and maintenance, car wash bays, fuel management, lubricants, light maintenance equipment, and all systems associated with a fleet maintenance facility.

Key Benefits

CONRAC-wide Operations

Our experience covers all aspects of CONRAC operations. This includes building maintenance, consulting on design build of CONRACs, operation and maintenance of CONRACs, which includes fueling, car wash bays, light maintenance equipment, and all systems associated with a fleet maintenance facility.

Stakeholder Relationships

At each of the facilities that FFM manages, FFM has always maintained an honest, productive relationship with both the Members and Airport personnel. An important factor in managing and operating CONRACs is the level of trust that must be established between the CONRAC Manager and a large number of competing companies serviced within the same facility.

Continuous Improvement

FFM’s mission has been to continuously develop new and improved ideas for managing more efficiently. Many of our ideas have been implemented at other airports. Design engineers continue to consult with FFM throughout the development process to incorporate these ideas when designing a new CONRAC.

Lowest Overall Cost

FFM is conditioned to operate the Members in a commercially responsible and reasonable manner. As conscious stewards of the Members funds, FFM continually adheres to methods that help to insure the lowest overall cost.
