Janet Hoose

President

Our leadership team is led by owner and founder, Janet Hoose, President of FFM, who has over 40 years of experience in the fleet fueling and facilities industry. Previous to opening FFM, she was General Manager of one of the largest petroleum distributors in the Southeast. She instituted and oversaw the building of over nine fleet fueling facilities and six bulk plants. This included setting up and overseeing vendors for building maintenance, and all fuel systems repair and maintenance. She was also responsible for negotiating and purchasing millions of gallons of fuel for these facilities. Janet started her own business in 2004, managing one of the largest indoor CONRAC’s at the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport, and continues to maintain that contract after four renewals and two rebids, which demonstrates the high level of customer satisfaction experienced by this client.

As CONRAC Project Director, Janet Hoose has the ultimate responsibility for the operation and maintenance. She works with our on-site manager to develop preventive maintenance plans, emergency maintenance protocols, negotiates fuel and lubricant contracts, meets with rental company members and airport representatives, meets with suppliers, devises budgets, develops capital improvement schedules, and attends community outreach programs.
